Before we start, I kindly ask you to review my terms of service to ensure a smooth collaboration. This way, we’ll have a clear understanding of the entire process and avoid any misunderstandings.
My goal is to create the perfect piece that reflects your vision and inspiration. If you have any questions or additional requests at any stage, don’t hesitate to reach out - open communication is key to making the process enjoyable!
General Rules

I retain full copyrights to all commissioned artwork and reserve the right to use them for self-promotion, publication on social media, my portfolio, and other purposes.
You may use the artwork for personal purposes, giving credit when posting it. Editing, uploading to AI-generators, or selling my artwork as NFTs is strictly prohibited.
Reselling
Reselling or transferring my illustrations to third parties without my permission is strictly forbidden. This applies to both the original artwork and any versions modified by you.
The commissioned piece is intended only for the client's personal use or for commercial purposes if the corresponding rights are purchased.
Restrictions
I do not accept commissions for the next types of artwork:- Violent or aggressive scenes
- Political or offensive themes
- Imitation of another artist’s styleMy artworks are done in my own unique style, and I’m happy to discuss any ideas with you to better understand how to implement them within my artistic approach.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment Options:
Option 1: 100% prepayment before starting the work.
Option 2: 50% prepayment before starting the work, and the remaining 50% after the sketch is approved.
Refund Policy:
A full refund is possible if the work has not yet started.
A 50% refund is possible if you cancel the order after the sketch is approved and before the coloring stage.
Refunds are not possible once the coloring stage has started or the work is completed.

Work Process
1. Initial Discussion:
At this stage, we discuss all your preferences, concepts, gather references, and agree on the timeline and cost. The more information you provide, the better I’ll understand your idea2. Sketch Stage:
After our discussion, I create the first sketch, and we can make any corrections. All changes at this stage are free of charge3. Color Stage:
After the sketch is approved, I proceed with creating the line art and adding base colors. Up to 2 minor changes are allowed at this stage (e.g., color adjustments or additional details)4. Final Piece:
The finished illustration will be sent as a JPEG/PNG file via email. One stage of minor corrections is included in the price. Making major changes after the project is completed may require an additional fee
The estimated completion time is 3-4 weeks, but this may vary depending on the complexity of the piece. If you need the artwork to be finished by a specific date, please let me know in advance!
Rights and Usage
You may use the final artwork for personal purposes (e.g., printing or posting on personal accounts) with proper credit. For commercial usage, additional rights must be purchased (cost = +50% of the base price). Reselling the artwork to third parties is strictly prohibited.
